Before the union pluralism was legally allowed on July 1, 2011, the Sejong Hotel Trade Union had the membership of 207 employees. However in ten days from the date, around 120 employees withdrew their membership to join a newly established company union. In their struggle for 5 years from then, its union membership fell to 12 employees only at the moment.
