The partnership program is designed to promote the sound industrial relations through the financial support to the joint activities between the labor and management, including co-prosperity between prime contractor and subcontractors, cooperation between regular and contingent workers, policy and social issues in the field of labor and employment, and social responsibility.

195 companies had applied for the programs this year, but 100 companies were selected after two rounds of assessment on the submitted proposals.
