According to the recent survey by an online job matching portal, 'Alba Paradise' that questioned about 2,000 student 'arbeit' or part-time workers, jobs and economic revitalization were the number one priority that youth wanted to have the pledges from the presidential candidates racing for the upcoming presidential election on May 9. The survey result reflects that youth are eager to make a living free from the burdens of tuition fees and living costs.

The number two priority was the eradication of irregularities and corruptions, followed by youth related polices, political stability and social welfare.

Concerning the youth related policies, 40.9% of the respondents picked the rise of of minimum wage, and 43.4% replied that they would change their support to another presidential candidate whose policies for student part-time workers including the minimum wage are included in the election pledges.
