▲ A social fact-finding mission on the "workplace bullying and human rights violation at Yoosung Enterprise" which was joined by six labor and civil society organizations including the Minbyun-Lawyers for a Democratic Society on January 17 holds a forum to discuss the survey result on the situation of workplace bullying and human rights violation in the process of union busting at Yoosung Enterprise and to work out the solutions in a seminar room of the Human Rights Commission in central Seoul.(Yon Yoon-jeong)

The fact-finding mission carried out an in-depth interviewing with ten workers and two group interviewing with six workers in the Asan plant and four workers in the Youngdong plant respectively during the period of January to September last year.

The report uncovers that In the past 6 years, unionized workers have been exposed to workplace bullying through the union busting strategy and human rights violation by the company which caused them serious mental health problems such as anger and depression.
